Hassle check-in (I am not referring to the security), rude & insensitive employees. Overbooked crowded and left crying passengers- pregnant or old and groups stranded for days. Only people who have extra money or some sort of connections can get some answers, otherwise told to wait (minimum wait 1 week...outrageous!!! ) and hope and pray to get a seat no guarantees. The worst treatment I have ever seen in my life. I would rather not fly at all, than fly with them.
